Absolutely breathtaking cozy cabanas and amenities like the Infiniti pool, kiddie pool & beach bar. I stopped by for a few drinks and it was very peaceful on a Wednesday, so I’m assuming it gets really pumping on the weekends. I gotta say that as beautiful as it was I’d still prefer to rent a whole secluded beach house like Villa Nonna located in El Concaste just 36 min away from here where we ultimately chose.
The complex is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, no doubt about that. However, some details are awful and I would never ever come back because of these.
You are not allowed to bring in any drinks or food into the room and if you do, shortly after your room is cleaned, someone from the reception will ask you to remove anything you have. And they only have Pepsi 🥺. In 3 days I have spent more money in their restaurant than I normally do in about 10 days, so please let me have my coca cola and my son his fruit loops!
Secondly, which made me even feel more uncomfortable, every porch has a camera. Not one pointed at the door, but a 360 degree camera which can look into the room. Because I don't feel comfortable when someone is possibly spying on me, I closed the curtains and wasn't able to enjoy the view. But at least the security guards didn't get to enjoy their view either :-).
Oh and wifi is terrible, you'd expect better from an expensive resort, it's more often gone than available.
In short, we spent way too much money there, had a really good time, but would never ever go there again.

This resort was fantastic! I loved the pools and restaurants on the beach! The service was amazing! The food was delicious. Highly recommend. The drinks were very good also. Only down fall for me where the mosquitoes, I sat in the hammock and had a ton of bites. Bring spray.
Gorgeous resort, very friendly staff, three nice outdoor pools (one reserved for children), open restaurant with view of beach, spacious rooms, impeccably clean. Nighttime dips in the pool were so relaxing and enjoyable.
My only complaints is walking to other restaurants or bars is not easy or pedestrian friendly - the hotel should have a complimentary Tuk Tuk to shuttle people around, and the beach needs to be cleaned up of all the plastic bottles, discarded flip flops, and trash. It looks very clean next to the shore but there are lots of areas where trash is abundant and an eyesore.
Have been there a couple times before, and would totally recommend it. Food is excellent, rooms are big, well lit, well aired and depending the room you have excellent sea view. I will be definitely going back to this hotel. Not sure if there is anything similar around but this one is pretty good. Desk staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming, but wasn't there for the service. If you are looking for a nice view, great food and comfortable rooms within a good quality resort. This one will not disappoint you.
We were stayed at the hotel around Sept 2021. It was ok, but with the price offered it supposed to be better. The room is huge it comes with 2 double bed and 2 single bed. We didn't used the other 2 bed bcs we only 3 persons. The bathroom was smelly bcs of the pipe( I guessed), there were big smart tv in the room, but instead installed it on the wall or put on the table, they just put it on the top of the wardrobe. In my opinion, it was too high. Above all, the hotel has a good garden and swimming pool and good food but you have to put bit more salt.
Great atmosphere, staff is really nice and friendly, and the facilities have recently been renovated. The two big pools are great to enjoy the beach vibes while also social-distancing from the other guests. Their piña coladas are a must, and you should also try their shrimp ceviches.
